All auto service facilities, bars, restaurants, drug stores, barbershops, salons, laundromats, as well as food stores and retail stores are required to obtain a Business Permit. Information on the permit includes; the business name, business owner and/or operator, type of business and approved hours of operation. The permit is required to be posted at the premises. The permit will be valid for a period of one year unless otherwise revoked and must be renewed annually. A new permit is required whenever there is a change to the name, type, location, or owner and/or operator of the business.
